    What Services Do We Offer? 

      Base line risk audits with a detailed report & recommendations of the areas that are not compliant, or where one can improve to minimise risk. 

      Business Processes - we assist with development of new and/or customizing existing business systems & processes to streamline or improve your business. 

      Corporate Governance - we assist with development of new and/or customizing existing policies & procedures, organisation structures, etc. 

      Manage the process to identify & evaluate/assess risks and implementing the necessary controls to eliminate/minimise these. 

      Facilitation to achieve required actions - assisting the people who actually need to put the corrective measures in place, e.g. explaining where is what required, in what way to do it, guidance on getting the necessary equipment, arranging required training, assisting with structuring & setting up of risk representatives, inspections & meetings, etc. 

      Follow-up compliance/progress audits - these can be done on an ad-hoc basis to assess the progress on actions as required from the initial audit. 

      Risk assessments - these are required to be done for a premises in terms of e.g. fire, hazardous materials, storage, hazards, etc., as well as for all types of work being carried out in the business (e.g. lifting of objects, welding, office work, cleaning, etc.)  in order to determine the degree of risk that the business is exposed to for each of these, and what measures to be taken to reduce the particular risk. 

      Planned Job Observations - observation of particular jobs being carried out by certain people, and verifying whether they comply to the standard operating/work procedure for the particular task. 

      Continuous site visits to monitor & facilitate compliance - this can be done on a regular scheduled basis (e.g. every 3 months), or on an ad-hoc basis after an initial audit, and is done to monitor progress of initial identified actions, as well as continued compliance to certain procedures that has been put in place (e.g. safety meetings, safety inspections, equipment inspections, etc.) 

      Access to relevant risk resources - where risk resources are required (e.g. first aid boxes, signage, fire equipment, etc.), we can give guidance on where to get hold of these, or we can source it on behalf of the client. 

      Arranging required training, e.g. first aid, fire fighting, etc. - we can arrange and co-ordinate training that might be required.
